Covid-19 and craftsmanship: a survey to collect data among the Tuscany SME of the artistic and traditional craft

The pandemic situation that emerged from the Covid-19 emergency changed dramatically the life and the work of many crafts people, starting by the micro, small and medium enterprises, the vital heart of Italian markets.

We designed a survey tailored to the specific attitude and needs of the artistic and traditional crafts to:

• collect data of the actual situation among the Tuscany craft sector and the strategy it adopts to face Covid-19’s emergency
• collect suggestions and advice from craft people themselves around hypothetical solutions to accelerate and strengthen the re-starting of the economic situation

We proposed an anonymous 15 ‘minutes survey through which crafts’ SME could give us a frame of the reality they’d be involved in, their experience and, most importantly, their needs. Through a few questions, we will try to find real and concrete solutions to help the craft sector strengthen his future path.

Here you find below the link to the online survey, reserved for Tuscany crafts people only, available till the end of September 2020. It is totally anonymous and the data will be disciplines by the EU regulation 20016/679 (G.D.P.R.).
