Reinventing Craftsmanship in Europe: Analysis of International Models

On the 1st of June, EOI-FUNDESARTE held the conference “Reinventing Crafts in Europe: Analysis of International Models” to broaden the visibility from Spain of the crafts sector in Europe, identify priorities and gaps, and learn about new proposals and projects. The seminar took place at Seville City Office venue, promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, EOI-FUNDESARTE and Seville City Council, and organized by the Contemporary Association of Arts and Crafts.

The event included the participation of World Crafts Council Europe, Crafts Council UK, ARTEX (Italy), CEARTE (Portugal), BeCraft (Belgium), Design & Crafts Council Ireland and Heritage Crafts UK.

The representatives of these institutions will share their best practices and address their main challenges in dialogue with Spanish experts in different aspects of crafts.
