Open call of the next European Prize for Applied Arts 2024

Initiated in 2009, in partnership with the City of Mons, the WCC-Europe and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the European Prize for Applied Arts rewards creations of contemporary expression in the field of Applied Arts and Craft Design. Artistic quality, technical mastery and innovation are the key words of this sixth edition.

Note : for this edition, the EPAA is open for the artists residing in a country member of the Customs Union from the European Union and not subject to customs charges for transport to and from Belgium. Therefore, countries like : Gerorgia, Island, Norway, Swiss, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom,… will not be able to participate. 
We want to apologyse to the concerned countries. It’s a very sad new but, last edition, we struggled so hard financially that we cannot take the risk anymore. We’ll try our best to find a solution for the next edition. Thanks for your comprehension.

Two Prizes for the laureates:

• The Prize of the Ministry of Culture of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation worth 3.500€
• The WCC Europe Prize worth 3.500€
