Secured projects for luxury interior designers. Exploring potential collaboration for collectable design. Selected to exhibit at Homo Faber. Launching our own art in 2021
Master artisans bringing traditional techniques to the contemporary world. My role is to develop the business in parallel to produce art and complete decorative project

What are your business objectives? 

Create a business that will grow, be sustainable. To have good work-life-balance. Create studios that produce world class art, functional art. Create decorative interiors at exclusive selected interiors

What have you learnt whilst on Crafting Business?

It’s impossible for 1 person to do all tasks in the business. Focus on your strengths and delegate/outsource business activities. Access available funding, mentoring, competitions and supports. What has changed or highlighted is that if we don’t have business model, structure and roadmap that it is clear it will fail, like any business.

Top tips to the reader based on what you have learnt whilst on the programme:

1. Access government supports
2. Develop business model, structure and roadmap
3. Outsource areas of the business that you are  not an expert in everything
4. Be honest with yourself
5. Have a work-life-balance or you will burn out
