MEET THE MAKER
I create polychrome majolica articles and objects, using also other techniques of the ceramic tradition. My creations are intended to be exposed in exhibitions and private collections, while not forgetting the objects sector, starting collaborations with designers and architects.
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO TAKE PART IN iATELIER ONLINE PROGRAMME?
My professional activity belongs to the tradition of the popular ceramics, but feels the necessity to go towards new horizons in order to evolve and improve. This project shows new incentives compared to the classic management of a traditional workshop.
The collaboration with creative people and design engineers grants the possibility to complete the figure of the craftsman. This occasion is a great opportunity to deal with the inner personality of other craftsman, whether a designer or an architect.
